A few things to know before your appointment:
You are more than welcome to bring someone with you for your appointment. There is a small waiting room for your convenience and the office space allows for up to 3 or 4 people at a time comfortably. Rev. Turner does try to provide ample time between readings so that there is no overlap between clients, but sometimes readings do run over and to avoid an inconvenience to you it is best to arrive as close to your scheduled appointment time as possible so that you are not kept waiting. Since some of the things that come up during readings may be of a personal nature, and the space is not really child-friendly, she does ask that you make other arrangements for childcare, rather than bringing children with you. Rev. Turner is unable to read for anyone under 18 without the presence and consent of a legal guardian or parent.
Payment Options
All IN-PERSON appointments are CASH ONLY. This helps to reduce our fees and to keep our prices low.
There is an ATM machine located at the Shell gas station next door or at the lower Brownsboro Road Kroger.
If for some reason this is a problem for you, please let us know in advance so we can work with you to make other payment arrangements.
For Phone and Virtual sessions, we currently accept most credit and debit cards, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Google Pay or PayPal.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept personal checks or American Express at this time.

When you arrive it is best to park in the back parking lot off of Crescent Avenue. There is a large sign that says Seay Properties Parking. Rev. Turner is in Suite 208 which is on the back, upper-outside level. Just come up to the balcony via the stairs or ramp on the far righthand side. Suite 208 will be the next to the last door down. If the door is locked please ring the bell so Kennedy can come and let you in. (Should you park in the front lot, you will need to walk around the outside of the building on the left-hand side by the Shell station to reach the upper back balcony which leads to her office.)

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel online up to 24 hours prior to the appointment.
If you have an emergency and must cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, please notify Rev. Kennedy Turner at 502 608-5143 or [email protected].
This gives her the opportunity to adjust her schedule and to offer the appointment to other clients on the waiting list.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to the unfortunate decision to decline future appointments.

All returns, exchanges and refunds are offered up to 3 months from the time of sale or service.
Any abuse of this policy may result in cancellation of future appointments.
