My Tarot cards and I continue our travels.  What better card to represent the Sequoia National Forest than Strength?  These amazing trees are the epitome of strength and stability.  As I wandered through the forest here I was simply awestruck by their grandeur and the calming and centering energy that they project.  When you draw the Strength card you have an opportunity to tame the beast within and harness its power to better serve the purposes of Spirit.  It is time to work on uniting the dark and light halves of the soul. Nature is the perfect place to go, ground and focus on taming the great beast that dwells in your own nature!  This is exactly what I did while I was visiting this magical place.  Take the time to find a quiet and beautiful place for meditation.  Relax, breath and enlist the aid of the lion of power. His passion will help you fear no evil, while the pure energy of the woman maintains gentle emotional dominion over him.  Together they form a strong bond that is not of this world and has the possibility of lasting an eternity.  Happy travels to you!
